Embarking on a photography journey twelve years ago, I transitioned from a hobbyist to a professional, finding my voice and passion along the way. My early career in retail, equipped me with invaluable people skills and the confidence to pursue photography full-time. This shift from the retail world to capturing weddings and properties marked the beginning of my identity transformation and redefined my sense of what’s possible and completely changing my perspective.

My career took a significant leap forward when I was recognised by Nikon Australia, an acknowledgment that opened doors to new opportunities and led me to my true calling: teaching. Designing and running workshops for Nikon, and now my own series as well, has allowed me to share my expertise and passion for photography, helping others grow and refine their skills in capturing landscapes, mastering lighting, and understanding composition.

Today, my focus is on creating a community of photography enthusiasts through workshops and courses, aimed at supporting others in their journey of turning a hobby into a profession or simply enhancing their skills. It’s not just about taking pictures; it’s about sharing experiences, personal growth, and capturing moments that resonate on a deeper level, making memories that last a lifetime.
